Emotional intelligence is a foundation for leadership.  There is nothing soft about emotional intelligence.

For the last ten years, MLS Consulting has been integrating emotional intelligence (EI) into training, coaching, and consulting services.

From leadership training that is based entirely on EI to coaching and curriculum that is infused or informed by EI, MLS Consulting integrates the following elements of EI in virtually all client engagements:

  • we all have the potential for developing new knowledge, skills and abilities
  • our emotions impact our thoughts, decisions, and behaviors
  • intrapersonal and interpersonal knowledge, skills, and abilities affect our leadership potential
  • the more we understand ourselves, our emotions and our reactions, the more effective we are when working with others, managing our stress and developing healthy relationships
