Consulting and facilitation services for a nine month strategic planning process for Voices for Ohio’s Children.  Project elements included collaborating with a small work group of the Board, designing inquiry strategies, analyzing data, facilitating a visioning process including goal setting, and writing the strategic plan.

Two day retreat of national board members to develop a strategic plan for the Grants Managers Network.  Project elements included team building, data analysis, data-driven goal setting, and action planning.

Six week process for the Department of Professional Development/Continuing Education of the Mandel School for Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. Project elements include data analysis, integration of stakeholder input to identify strategic direction and goals, and utilization of appreciative inquiry as a framework for planning.
